A few years ago, Ana decided to get a tattoo that, over the years, she would decide to completely erase.

It's a name in cursive, which began to fade with laser removal. Unfortunately, in the last few sessions of the procedure, the laser technician caused burns on her skin, due to the machine's voltage being too high.

The trauma produced on the skin is a keloid-shaped burn. These procedures are generally more expensive than the tattoo itself, as it can take more than a year to completely remove it.

In this case, there were two problems: the name still visible and the raised scar.
