Miguel Angel unfortunately suffered from kidney cancer, which required its removal, leaving a large scar on his abdomen.

This scar is quite asymmetrical, making it a challenge to create an aesthetically pleasing design.

In this case, Miguel Angel wanted to incorporate a dragon, specifically Shenron from Dragon Ball.

The design itself didn't exist online, and it was very difficult for AI to accurately depict the scar.

Gustavo Lesmes had to manually draw the design directly onto Miguel Angel's body and scar to precisely cover the affected area. He had to consider that the scar was completely horizontal, and the design needed to achieve a vertical line that harmonized with his height and the shape of his abdomen.

The result was a success for both Miguel Angel and Gustavo.

It's a great joy to be able to create and successfully execute the design desired by clients on such a complex surface as a scar.
